Vincenzo's is a safe space for all its Members and Team. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying on the basis of religion, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, age, or disability. If you experience any such behaviour, please report it immediately to a member of our team.
Sharing on Social Media
Feel free to snap and share away on social media (we’re @vincenzositalian on Instagram by the way!) but please do not post any pictures or any information of other members or their guests without their prior consent. Harmful and demeaning content focused on Vincenzo's community is not acceptable. We encourage and appreciate feedback, so please come and talk to us directly if you have any concerns.
Children at Vincenzo's
Children up to, and including, the age of 17 can come as your guests and can be in the building until 9pm (accompanied by an adult member at all times). Children and babies are welcome at Vincenzo's events but please be respectful of other attendees. Please note we do reserve the right to refuse entry should the restaurant not be suitable for children at any time.
Using Mobile Phones
You are welcome to use your mobile phone anywhere in the building. Please be respectful of those around you and do not have your device on speakerphone.
Gluten Disclaimer
PLEASE NOTE: We take all reasonable precautions to avoid any kind of cross-contamination. However, please be aware that flour and gluten products are present in our kitchens, so while our procedures are sufficient for most people with gluten intolerance, we recommend that those with EXTREME gluten allergies order with caution.
Smoking
Vincenzo's is a smoke-free zone. Smoking and vaping is allowed outside at the front of the building.
Food and Drink
Please do not bring any outside food or beverages into Vincenzo's. This will result in refusal of entry.
